Offsites, conferences and Christmas parties produce hundreds of photographs that never reach the people who could use them. The blockers are usually the same two: nobody will install an app for a work event, and nobody will accept an uncontrolled feed on a screen in the keynote room.

- Can we review photos before they are visible to attendees?
- Yes. Upload approval holds every contribution in a queue until you release it, and guests are never told their upload is pending.
- Do attendees need company accounts or a login?
- No. Everyone uploads from a web page opened by a QR code, so there is nothing to provision for contractors, partners or external guests.
- Who owns the photos afterwards?
- You do. Download the album as a ZIP of untouched originals at any point during the storage window, and keep it wherever your other assets live.
- Can more than one person administer the event?
- Yes. Co-hosts can edit the event, moderate uploads and download the album. They cannot see billing.
