Talk to a person
There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email the address below and somebody who can actually fix the thing will read it, usually within an hour.
[email protected]What to say, depending on why you are writing
Help with an event
Anything to do with uploads, downloads, QR codes or an album that is not behaving. Include your event name and, if you have it, the link your guests are using.
[email protected]Venues, planners and partnerships
If you run events for other people and want to offer this as part of what you do, say roughly how many events a year and we will come back with something concrete.
[email protected]Privacy, takedowns and data requests
To have a photograph of you removed, or to exercise a data right. If you can, include the album link and roughly when the photo was taken. We can always remove content from the service.

Before you write
A good share of questions are answered in the help centre or on the page for your kind of event, whether that is a wedding or a company offsite. Write anyway if you would rather ask.
Questions people ask
- How quickly do you reply?
- Usually within an hour during the working day, and always within one working day. A person reads every message; there is no ticket queue to get lost in.
- My event is tomorrow and something is wrong. What do you need from me?
- Send the event name, the link your guests are scanning, and what you see instead of what you expected. Say that the event is tomorrow in the subject line and it goes to the top.
- Someone uploaded a photo of me. How do I get it removed?
- Ask the host first, since they control that album and can delete it immediately. If you cannot reach them, email us with the album link and we will act. We can always remove content from the service.
- Do you offer phone support?
- No. Email keeps a written record of exactly what was asked and answered, which is more useful to both of us when something needs fixing on a deadline.
